Kashmiri Tantra-Massage includes 4 stages:

- Healing of the inner child. 

- Young version.  Awakening of sexual energy. Releasing shame and guilt.

- Adult version. Circulation of sexual energy in the body. Transformation of sexual energy into spiritual. 

- Removing the karmic imprints. 

First 3 stages are done in different body positions which help to activate the flow of energy.

Due to social and cultural conditioning, pressure around sexuality, past trаumatic experiences we break the bridge between the Inner Child and the Adult, creating disconnection between them.

Most of us don’t have a harmonious transition between these two stages of our life. It all results in the feeling of incompletess in our inner being.

This massage ritual is invented to make a bridge between all three aspects of our life – inner child, young and adult version.

Lying naked, being touched all over our body in the space of love, presence and care allows us to rediscover the innocence that was ours before puberty, the innocence of childhood and the happy days spent exploring our sense of touch . We feel alive, more connected to our body. We rediscover our senses like a child.

The last 4th stage of the massage ritual ends around the neck and face area integrating the full sequence and clearing the karmic imprints which gives the opportunity to live as a free and sensual being.

Kashmiri Tantra-Massage is a pure and innocent ritual which creates a safe space where the energy of the inner child and the sensual adult can be awakened to meet at an emotional level.

In this massage the whole body is touched in a sensual way, without staying longer at one part of the body. 

This massage is intimate and yet not focused on sexuality. It helps to nurture and to support the awakening and the flow of energy all over the body.

Kashmiri massage is given on the naked body while the giver keeps their underwear on. There is no contact with the genitals.

You will experience a deep connection with yourself and open up for the inner, sensual flow of life energy.

It is not just a massage but a conscious embodied spiritual practice.

There is no attachment to a specific outcome from this massage other than helping you be more present and connected to your body with self acceptance and love.

It is recommended to take at least 3 sessions to experience a deeper effect

 The massage itself is approximately 2 hours. The time before or after is dedicated for the introduction, grounding, mentoring or listening and integration and if one desires sharing.

The session is held in-person if our location matches. 

 No previous experience needed.

After each session you are welcome to share about your physical, spiritual and emotional experience. Feel encouraged to free journal, any form of radical self-care, quality quiet time, a purifying dip in a natural water body or a ritual sea salt bath are highly recommended. Avoid going to social events or completing work duties after the session.

I invite you to step into each session without expectations.
